About Schema
Schema Therapy is a comprehensive approach to psychotherapy that focuses on identifying and changing deeply ingrained patterns, or schemas, that develop early in life and impact how individuals perceive themselves and others. These schemas often lead to maladaptive coping strategies and dysfunctional interpersonal patterns.
In Schema Therapy, clients work collaboratively with their therapist to identify their core schemas, often rooted in unmet emotional needs from childhood.

About ACT
What is Acceptance and commitment therapy? Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on acceptance of one's thoughts and feelings, rather than trying to change or control them. ACT aims to help individuals develop psychological flexibility, which involves being present in the moment, clarifying personal values, and taking action in alignment with those values.

Maladaptive Schemas
Schema Therapy identifies 16 maladaptive schemas, or deeply ingrained emotional patterns that develop early in life and shape how we view ourselves and the world. These schemas often lead to difficulties in coping with life's challenges and maintaining healthy relationships.
Labelling and acknowledging your core schema is an effective way to moving forward and improving your life.

About CBT
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) is a widely-used form of psychotherapy that focuses on the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. In CBT, therapists work collaboratively with clients to identify and challenge negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to emotional distress or problematic behaviors.
CBT is based on the idea that our thoughts influence our feelings and behaviors. By changing negative or unhelpful thought patterns, individuals can learn to manage their emotions and improve their coping skills.
